Cara M. Morris

Vice President, Advocacy and Strategic Initiatives
Cara Morris is the Vice President of Advocacy and Strategic Initiatives. As Vice President, Mrs. Morris serves in a dual capacity for both the National Urban League’s Washington, D.C. and New York headquarters. Susie Feliz is the Vice President for Policy and Legislative Affairs at the National Urban League where she brings nearly two decades of federal legislative, policy and advocacy experience to her passion for advancing social and economic justice. 

Suzanne Bergeron

Senior Director, Civil Rights and Workforce Policy
Suzanne Bergeron is a long time member of the Washington Bureau and is responsible for promoting the Urban League’s policy agenda pertaining to civil rights and the workforce. She also provides technical assistance to affiliates in the Urban League Movement on issues related to her portfolio. Ms. Bergeron joined the National Urban League’s Washington, D.C. office in 1985, and has extensive experience in policy analysis and advocacy strategies

Kyle R. Williams, Esq.

Director, Financial and Housing Policy
Kyle R. Williams closely monitors legislative and regulatory measures and develops advocacy strategies that promote economic empowerment through job creation, wealth building, and access to affordable and safe housing.

Ebony Baylor

Director, Civic Engagement
Ebony Baylor serves as the Director of Civic Engagement as part of the Advocacy Division for the National Urban League Washington Bureau. In this capacity, Ms. Baylor manages the civic engagement portfolio, Census and GOTV initiatives. 

Gavin H. Logan, Esq.

Director, Tech and Telecom Policy
Gavin Logan is the Director for Tech and Telecom Policy for the National Urban League Washington Bureau. Prior to joining the Washington Bureau, Gavin served as the Assistant General Counsel for the District of Columbia Office of Cable Television, Film, Music and Entertainment.
